- Improving the TVET quality by developing fixed standards for the appointment and training of trainers in the TVET sector, harmonizing occupational standards and quality assurance among all institutions, and raising the level of coordination with the private sector.
- Diversifying the methods for financing the TVET Sector, including public-private partnerships.
